About

LL.M. in International Business Law is designed to give graduates of law schools outside of the U.S. an opportunity to study U.S. business law as applied to international transactions. The program prepares students for positions in international law firms, in-house legal departmetns of multinational corporations, governments posts and other for-profit and non-profit organizations doing business internationally. Students will learn hos U.S. lawyers approach international busienss problems and have the opportunity to intern with U.S. law firms, corporations and courts.
Candidates must have at least a non-US university level degree in law or a foreign or a U.S. first degree in business & business experience. TOEFL 100 or IELTS of 7.
