This course engages with the legal and ethical challenges posed by sustainable development, exploring global environmental issues such as climate change, biodiversity protection, water management and renewable energy. It is designed to encourage innovation and creativity in assessing current environmental problems thus preparing graduates for employment in legal practice and commercial organisations as well as the public sector and non-governmental organisations, both in the UK and abroad.
