NYU LLM student takes top prize in student writing competition

New York University LLM student Adam Winger (LL.M. class of 2010) placed first in the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC) Mary Moers Wenig 2009 Student Writing Competition. Submitted papers were evaluated based on research and analysis, choice of topic, writing style, originality, and contribution to the available literature. Winger will receive a $5,000 award for his paper, "Pick on Someone Your Own Size: Exposing the Account Owners, Silent Assault on ยง529 Savings Accounts". The article will be published in the ACTEC Journal.
