For over 20 years, the LL.M. Program has attracted applicants from over 60 different countries throughout the world. For the 2009-2010 academic year, we are pleased to be joined by students from Armenia, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bolivia, Brazil, Canada, Colombia, China, Denmark, Egypt, France, Georgia, Germany, Hungary, India, Iran, Japan, Lebanon, Luxembourg, New Zealand, Pakistan, The Philippines, Poland, Russia, Serbia, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, and the United States. The LL.M. class consists of 60 to 75 students each year.

Each year, the LL.M. is attended by a group of 25 to 30 students (maximum number of enrolled
students). The seminar size of the LL.M. student group ensures high-quality training conditions,
fosters emulation through discussion and provides the ideal environment to create a convivial, friendly atmosphere between the students.
A majority of our students originates from Belgium and Western Europe. This being said,
each year, the LL.M. welcomes foreign students from Eastern Europe, South America or Asia.

At Fletcher, international law students study with others from around the world. Each year over 40% of Fletcher’s students come from outside the United States, representing over 70 developing and industrialized countries.
