New York University (NYU), USA, LLM student wins tax scholarship
NYU LLM student (LL.M. '10) Samantha Rayburn-Moore was honored with a Bill Duffy Memorial Scholarship from the New York state chapter of the Tax Executive Institute. She is one of only two students to receive the scholarship this year, which was presented at the Tax Executive Institutes annual tax symposium luncheon in December.
