American University Washington, USA, LLM student earns Helton Fellowship from American Society of International Law
Christie Edwards, LLM candidate at the American University Washington, has been awarded a 2010 Helton Fellowship by the American Society of International Law. She is among 11 students and young professionals awarded micro-grants to pursue fieldwork in international law.
Christie will work with the Association Solidarité Féminine on providing literacy and vocational skills training as well as legal assistance to single mothers and their children in Casablanca, Morocco.
