University of Oxford, UK, announces new graduate scholarship for BLC students

The University of Oxford Faculty of Law today announced that "South Square", a London based business, financial and commercial law set, has funded an annual graduate law scholarship at Oxford. The scholarship, worth £10,000 annually, will be given for a student to undertake the University´s Bachelor of Civil Law (BCL) program.

Candidates will have an interest in proceeding to the bar in England and Wales and preference will be given to those with an interest in specialising in South Square’s core practice areas of insolvency and reconstruction law.

Emile Burke-Murphy of Magdalen College is the first recipient of this scholarship.
