University of Lausanne, Switzerland, LLM Moot Court Team ranks 2nd in national competition

The University of Lausanne Willem C. Vis Moot Court 2012 Team ranked 2nd at the 10th Swiss Day Pre-Moot in Lucerne on March 24. The national event is designed to prepare for the final competition of the International Commercial Arbitration Moot Court in Vienna, Austria, on 24 May.

The Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot is considered one of the most prestigious moot court competitions in the world. Since 1994, it is annually being held in Vienna, Austria. The goal of the Moot is to foster the study of international commercial law and arbitration for resolution of international business disputes through its application to a concrete problem of a client and to train law leaders of tomorrow in methods of alternative dispute resolution.
