University of Edinburgh, UK, to launch LLM in International Commercial Law and Practice by Online Distance Learning

The University of Edinburgh announced to launch a new LLM in International Commercial Law and Practice by Online Distance Learning in October 2013.

This newly established course is designed for lawyers in practice dealing with international issues, and also for in-house lawyers and other professionals working in international commerce who are confronted by international legal issues and who wish to deepen their legal knowledge.

Students can choose from 25 modules from the following areas of commercial law:

- Oil and gas law
- International tax law
- International sales law and commodities
- Dispute resolution
- International commercial arbitration
- Contract law
- Corporate compliance
- Competition law

Applications for entry onto the LLM International Commercial Law and Practice will be open from 21 March 2013. The course will start in September 2013.
