About
Due to the new framework of company law, special legal training is required, which, in addition to the special features of Liechtenstein company law, also comprises the basics of European and comparative law. Knowledge of the special features in Liechtenstein company law, especially of the new law of foundation, is indispensible for entry into the Liechtenstein market for providing legal consulation.
By learning the basics of European and comparative law, the participants will, furthermore, be qualified to provide cross-border consulations and they will be able to remain abreast of European law using the knowledge gained and the techniques learnt.
