About

This pathway in Transnational Criminal Law is part of the Derby LLM programme.
As crime knows no jurisdictional or geographical boundaries, we need to expand our horizons and think internationally. This LLM will offer you the opportunity to study criminal law in an international and transnational context.

The transnational focus of this LLM, along with the concentration on comparative and practical criminal justice, makes it unique. You’ll develop your understanding of the substantive, evidential and procedural aspects that characterise the problem of transnational crime.

You’ll combine the study of criminal law theory and doctrine with the intellectual rigour and challenge demanded by master’s level study. You will also develop an understanding and application of the evidential and procedural aspects of transnational criminal law.

Please note - UK and EU students fees are £495 per module (you will usually study nine of these) . International student fees are £10955 for the entire course.
